Job Details :
Complete Ownership of new Process implementation and Regular Follow-up for Compliance
Responsible for Handling Escalations and responding to them in a time bound manner
Drive initiatives to ensure acceptability and implementation of Lean Processes
Responsible for keeping Attrition in check
Ownership of Smooth Functioning of Facilities across your span
Managing & Keeping check on the absenteeism numbers across the region
Team Building and Recruitment of Field Executives, Team Leads and Hub in charges
Responsibility of Ensuring that the Facility is as per the Design Layout at the time of taking Handover
Responsible for ensuring timely pick-ups from Marketplace Sellers and Ownership of all Pickups
Analyse pickup volumes and other available information to ensure uniform allocation of load to pick up centres & FEs
Resolve personnel or system issues with help from other team members to ensure smooth operations
Conduct performance management reviews of AMs and provide mentoring for career growth of team members
